Fab Feelings Corp maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards, enforcement practices, and how users and third parties can report child safety concerns.

1. Who This App Is For

Love Story - Couples Fun is a private couples journal application designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the app. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.

2. Prohibited Content — Child Safety

The following content is strictly prohibited on Love Story and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors (child sexual abuse material — CSAM)
• Sexualized images, text, audio, or video depicting individuals under 18
• Any content that grooms, solicits, or facilitates sexual contact with a minor
• Content that glorifies, normalizes, or encourages sexual acts involving minors
• Distribution, sharing, or linking to child sexual abuse material of any kind

3. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

If you encounter content that you believe depicts or endangers a child, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

4. Our Response Process

• All child safety reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours of receipt.
• Content that violates our child safety standards is removed immediately upon confirmation.
• The account of the offending user is permanently terminated.
• All confirmed CSAM reports are escalated to the appropriate national and regional authorities (see Section 5).
• We preserve relevant evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Fab Feelings Corp complies with all applicable child safety laws and reports confirmed CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant national and regional authorities, including but not limited to:

• Canada: Cybertip.ca (Canadian Centre for Child Protection) — cybertip.ca

• International: INHOPE global hotline network — inhope.org

For jurisdictions not listed above, we report to the relevant national law enforcement agency or child protection authority.

6. Age Verification and Enforcement

• Users must confirm they are 18 or older during account registration.
• Any account found to belong to a minor is terminated immediately with all data deleted.
• Users who share, upload, or distribute content involving minors in a sexual context will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
