Welcome to Love Story - Couples Fun. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Love Story - Couples Fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Love Story - Couples Fun is a couples journal and memory-keeping application that allows you to:

• Write and store personal journal entries
• Upload and organize photos and memories
• Record and save voice notes
• Share memories privately with your partner
• Track relationship milestones and anniversaries

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the app
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Partner Connection

• You may link your account to one partner using an invite code
• Shared content is visible to your linked partner only
• You are responsible for the content you choose to share with your partner
• Either partner may disconnect the link through app settings at any time

5. Subscription and Payments

• Some features may require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed as selected at the time of purchase
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store
• Refunds are handled according to the App Store's or Google Play's refund policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload content that is abusive, harassing, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Use the service to harm, stalk, or harass another person

6a. Child Safety

Love Story - Couples Fun is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app.

You strictly agree not to:

• Upload, share, or distribute any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (child sexual abuse material — CSAM)
• Use the app to groom, solicit, or engage in any sexual activity involving a minor
• Create an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age

Violations of this section result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant national authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline and other regional child protection agencies. 7. Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your journal entries, photos, and voice recordings
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide our services
• We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for advertising or marketing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
